- Homelessness of single adults and families
- Housing: permanent and transitional
- Social services including Housing First, trauma, health and mental health, youth aging out of foster care, harm reduction and more.

Provide technical assistance of social service budgets, program planning and implementation for housing and services for formerly homeless families and single adults.

Conduct focus groups and presentations to social services agencies, housing developers, health care agencies, foundations and government staff on best practices in housing and services for formerly homeless people.

Organize and lead forums and workshops on such topics as mainstream service funding, services in affordable housing, housing best practices and social service models.

Write papers, proposals, and presentations on services and housing for homeless people with special needs, including topics of Family Homelessness, Affordable Housing, Assertive Community Treatment Teams, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Service Enriched Housing for Families and NY/NY III.


Kristin Miller has seventeen years experience, working in both government and non-profit agencies, and holds a Masters Degree from Hunter College School of Social Work.
